The Problem
The brief of this commissioned project was to create an engaging "about me" video that would be used on a personal portfolio website. Anjali wanted the video to be light, upbeat, and give her website a more personable feel. The video needed to maintain her current personal branding.
The Solution
My solution to this ask was to film Anjali herself, rather than making this into a typography-heavy piece. I centered the entire video on her, not cutting away or moving her out of frame. Instead, elements of her talking points popped up on screen. I utilized the color scheme currently seen on her website.
I worked in collaboration with Anj to determine what pictures should be used to emphasize her interests. I also edited audio and video to give the finished project a more professional feel.
